ARAbout this business
Choosing the least expensive apartments near UCR campus is likely not the way to go if they don’t offer amenities. The right features will save you money and make life more convenient. For example, if the apartment includes a washing machine and dryer, doing laundry will be easy and free. Suppose the apartment provides grilling stations, a hot tub, a swimming pool, a business center, study rooms, a 24-hour gym, and volleyball courts. Getting a fully furnished place offers value. I have only had great experiences with the maintenance staff, specifically Raymond. They are always super friendly and will go out of their way to help you as soon as you put in a request or even if you just ask them when you see them around.
