I lived here for a year and liked it so I resigned for another year! If I have a problem I take it to the helpful office crew! The maintenance man is always on top of it and is quick to get your maintenance request complete!

I’ve only lived here for three weeks but everything’s been pretty good!

Best student living in Wilmington! Very clean complex, staff is amazing, and you get perks for being a resident here!

I am in my second lease at redpoint and I love it. You really can’t beat a balcony off your bedroom and it’s so nice to live i a house with parking right outside your door. We have so much more room with a walk-in pantry, walk-in closets, laundry room, coat closet, and attic for storage.
