I recently had a couch delivered, and the entire experience went incredibly smoothly. The International Design Center warehouse team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I also had a table from another furniture store with a trim piece that had chipped off. Kevin assured me he could fix it, but I was skeptical because it looked pretty bad. He ended up spending an extra 30 minutes on it - and they didn’t even charge me. The repair is flawless; you can’t even tell anything was ever broken. No one has noticed a thing since. Outstanding service, exceptional craftsmanship - Kevin can truly fix anything. Highly recommend IDC!

The craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail feels intentional, solid, and beautifully made. The wood finish is gorgeous, the woven seats are perfectly done, and the overall quality is even better than I expected. They’re comfortable and timeless and truly complete our room.
