Working with our month-of coordinator, Bijal, was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a large wedding with so many moving pieces, different personalities, last-minute demands, and a very tight schedule, and she somehow helped us navigate all of it while always making us feel heard, supported, and prioritized. What stood out most was how much Bijal genuinely cared about what we wanted. She took the time to understand our vision, advocated for us when needed, and made sure we never felt overwhelmed by everything happening behind the scenes. By the week of the wedding, I was actually able to relax and enjoy the excitement because I knew she and her team had everything handled. That peace of mind was absolutely priceless. On the wedding day itself, Bijal kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly while somehow making the entire experience feel calm and effortless for us. There are so many little details and moving parts that couples never even see, and she managed all of them with professionalism, warmth, patience, and incredible attention to detail. Even our guests commented on how smoothly everything flowed, and I know so much of that was because of Bijal and her team. Beyond being amazing at what she does, we also just genuinely had so much fun with her. She brought such a positive energy to the entire experience and made us feel like she was truly invested in making our day special, not just completing a job. We are so grateful for the amount of care, energy, and heart Bijal and her team put into our wedding. The day felt exactly the way we hoped it would, and somehow it could not have gone any better—even with all the rain! :) Truly, Bijal is the best.
