My family and I recently had the profound experience of interacting with the remarkable team at Hilltop Reserve, led by the compassionate Ann Laforte. When we began our journey, we were excited to bring Mom to her new home. She loved the facilities and the kindness everyone displayed. Although our journey with Hilltop took an unexpected turn due to the passing of my Mom days before we could move her in, the support and empathy we received were nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped through the doors of Hilltop Reserve, Ann went above and beyond to extend unwavering support. Ann's leadership is evident in the culture of empathy that permeates throughout Hilltop Reserve. Her warmth and understanding during a time of grief meant the world to us. While Mom couldn't become a part of the Hilltop community, the lasting impression of the comfort and support provided will forever be etched in our hearts.
